Measure your item’s maximum points and compare it with the packaging dimensions. Satchels, bags and mailers expand when filled.

Laying your item on a flat satchel is a good guide, but head in store if you’re unsure.

Postage

Size and weight become important when you use packaging to post with us.

Sending 5kg or under in Australia using flat rate packaging? It’s eligible for flat rate postage.
Sending 5kg or under in Australia using other packaging? Follow flat rate postage, based on weight.
Sending over 5kg, or overseas? Postage costs will depend on the destination, delivery speed and chargeable weight of the package.

We have a range of box shapes – some small and cube-shaped, others large and thin. The number after ‘BX’ doesn’t always tell you how big a box is, and height varies, even for large boxes.
