Envelopes
Envelopes are DL to B4 in size.
Keep in mind the size and weight of your envelope affects how much it costs to send.
Satchels, bags and mailers
Generally, sizes like ‘0’ are extra small. The higher the number, the larger the packaging.
We’ve grouped all satchels, bags and mailers into easy-to understand sizes.
You might have noticed different product codes and names – we’ve listed them below – plus suggestions on what might fit in each size, tips on how to measure and postage.
Extra small

How to measure
Measure your item’s maximum points and compare it with the packaging dimensions. Satchels, bags and mailers expand when filled.
Laying your item on a flat satchel is a good guide, but head in store if you’re unsure.
Postage
Size and weight become important when you use packaging to post with us.
- Sending 5kg or under in Australia using flat rate packaging? It’s eligible for flat rate postage.
- Sending 5kg or under in Australia using other packaging? Follow flat rate postage, based on weight.
- Sending over 5kg, or overseas? Postage costs will depend on the destination, delivery speed and chargeable weight of the package.

Boxes
We have a range of box shapes – some small and cube-shaped, others large and thin. The number after ‘BX’ doesn’t always tell you how big a box is, and height varies, even for large boxes.

Mailing tubes
Mailing tubes measure diameter by height, and tri-tubes measure length and width of the triangle base, by its height.
Keep in mind the size and weight of your tube can affects how much it costs to send.
