Please note the following - for bulk gift card orders only:
- Order processing can take up to 7 business days.
- Payment can only be accepted via EFT.
- Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.
- Orders shipped free of charge.
Terms and Conditions: Treat this card like cash, Defaced, mutilated, altered lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. This card is; Redeemable for merchandise or services at participating Mitre 10 and True Value stores only; Not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payment of credit or retailer accounts; Must be redeemed within 36 months from date of issue; Will be void and will note be redeemed after expiry date; Cannot be reloaded. Cash will not be given for any unused balance. Unused balance on expiry of this card will not be refunded or credited. Purchased exceeding available balance require difference to be paid by other method. You are liable for all transactions on your card except to extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by us or any of our employees. Check available card balance by calling 1300 55 33 80. We reserve the right to change any terms contained in these Terms of Use at any time.

Dispatch is the time your order takes to leave our warehouse. Most orders leave the warehouse within 2 business days.
Standard delivery is free Australia-wide on orders $60+. For orders under $60, we charge a flat fee of $9.95. Most orders arrive to you within 6 business days.
Express delivery is $15. View current delivery times. Express Post is our fastest postal service, but we do not guarantee next business day delivery for Online Shop orders.
International delivery is available for some orders, depending on what you're buying and where it's being sent. Most orders take at least 10 business days to arrive via an untracked service. Transit times vary based on destination – see our international delivery times for more information.
Occasionally, high delivery volumes and other network issues can cause delays, as well as where the order is being sent.
