How to redeem online via desktop:
1. Head to www.theiconic.com.au or www.theiconic.co.nz
2. Add products to bag
3. Add it to your account and the credit amount will apply to your next order
How to redeem online via mobile app:
1. Open THE ICONIC app on your mobile device.
2. Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of your screen.
3. Select Store Credit then add your card number to the box and the credit amount will apply to your next order.
Bulk orders
To purchase gift cards in bulk with a minimum card quantity of 50 cards, please email giftcardproductsupport@auspost.com.au with the following details:
- Quantity of cards:
- Type of card (Myer, Amazon, Ebay etc):
- Company name:
- Address order is to be sent to:
- Contact person name:
- Contact person's number:
Please note the following - for bulk gift card orders only:
- Order processing can take up to 7 business days.
- Payment can only be accepted via EFT.
- Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.
- Orders shipped free of charge.
Gift cards are valid for 36 months from purchase date. Any unredeemed balance that remains on the Gift Card after the 36 months will be voided and will not be available for use. Conditions apply: https://www.theiconic.com.au/terms-of-use/#vouchers9
Dispatch is the time your order takes to leave our warehouse. Most orders leave the warehouse within 2 business days.
Standard delivery is free Australia-wide on orders $60+. For orders under $60, we charge a flat fee of $9.95. Most orders arrive to you within 6 business days.
Express delivery is $15. View current delivery times. Express Post is our fastest postal service, but we do not guarantee next business day delivery for Online Shop orders.
International delivery is available for some orders, depending on what you're buying and where it's being sent. Most orders take at least 10 business days to arrive via an untracked service. Transit times vary based on destination – see our international delivery times for more information.
Occasionally, high delivery volumes and other network issues can cause delays, as well as where the order is being sent.

We don’t offer change-of-mind returns on most of our items.
However, if there's an issue with your product (for example it's faulty or damaged), you can return it or get an exchange, repair, replacement or refund. Read our Returns Policy for more details.
