Ticketek Gift Vouchers can be redeemed for tickets to participating events* on sale through ticketek.com.au and the Ticketek App.
Ticketek Gift Vouchers are available in denominations of $50 and $100.
Ticketek Gift Vouchers purchased from April 1, 2018 onwards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and must be redeemed within that period. Any remaining balance at the end of that period will be forfeited.
*Ticketek Gift Vouchers cannot be used for some events on sale through Ticketek - please check the relevant event page on www.ticketek.com.au to ascertain if Ticketek Gift Vouchers can be used to purchase tickets for a particular event

To purchase gift cards in bulk with a minimum card quantity of 50 cards, please email giftcardproductsupport@auspost.com.au with the following details:

Please note the following - for bulk gift card orders only:
- Order processing can take up to 7 business days.
- Payment can only be accepted via EFT.
- Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.
- Orders shipped free of charge.
These Terms and Conditions apply to Ticketek Gift Vouchers including Event Specific Gift Vouchers* and Experience Gift Vouchers purchased through Ticketek.
Please note that additional Terms and Conditions may apply to Event Specific Gift Vouchers and Experience Gift Vouchers. Please check the relevant Gift Voucher event page for additional terms and conditions.
- Ticketek Gift Vouchers purchased via ticketek.com.au are activated 48 hours after purchase. Please allow 48 hours before attempting to redeem.
- Ticketek Gift Vouchers can be redeemed for tickets to participating events** on sale through ticketek.com.au, the Ticketek Call Centre, the Ticketek App and Ticketek Agencies. Ticketek does not have retail outlets in the Northern Territory.
- Event Specific Ticketek Gift Vouchers* can only be redeemed through Ticketek Agencies. Ticketek Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for tickets to events where it is a condition that a specific type of credit or debit card is required to complete the transaction.
- Ticketek Gift Vouchers are available in denominations of $50 and $100.
- A Service and Handling Fee and a Delivery Fee may apply at the time a Ticketek Gift Voucher is purchased.
- The fees which may apply to the redemption of Ticketek Gift Vouchers include a Service and Handling Fee and Delivery Fee.
- Ticketek Gift Vouchers purchased from April 1 2018 onwards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and must be redeemed within that period. Any remaining balance at the end of that period will be forfeited. Vouchers purchased prior to April 1 2018 are valid for 1 year from date of purchase only.
- Ticketek will not refund Ticketek Gift Vouchers except as required by law including the Australian Consumer Law.
- Ticketek Gift Vouchers are partially redeemable. If the cost of the ticket purchase exceeds the redeemable value of a Ticketek Gift Voucher, the voucher holder is required to pay the difference between the transaction total and the value of the particular Ticketek Gift Voucher. The full value of any unused credit remaining on a Ticketek Gift Voucher must be redeemed before alternative payment methods will be accepted for the outstanding balance of the transaction.
- Multiple Ticketek Gift Vouchers may be used as payment for a single transaction, up to a limit of $1,000 worth of Ticketek Gift Vouchers per transaction.
- If the transaction total at redemption is less than the value of the Ticketek Gift Voucher used for redemption, the residual credit balance of the Ticketek Gift Voucher will remain on the particular voucher and may be redeemed prior to the expiry date in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- Ticketek Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be resold or exchanged.
- Ticketek Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase further Ticketek Gift Vouchers.
- Ticketek Gift Vouchers are not reloadable. When the value of a Ticketek Gift Voucher is redeemed, the particular voucher cannot be reloaded.
- Ticketek may cancel a Ticketek Gift Voucher, refuse redemption or cancel tickets purchased using a Ticketek Gift Voucher if it suspects that a Ticketek Gift Voucher is being used fraudulently, in an unauthorised or illegal manner, or it has reason to believe that the voucher holder is in breach of these terms and conditions.
* Event specific gift vouchers include Gift Vouchers redeemable only for a specified event or experience e.g. Australian Open Gift Vouchers.

Dispatch is the time your order takes to leave our warehouse. Most orders leave the warehouse within 2 business days.
Standard delivery is free Australia-wide on orders $60+. For orders under $60, we charge a flat fee of $9.95. Most orders arrive to you within 6 business days.
Express delivery is $15. View current delivery times. Express Post is our fastest postal service, but we do not guarantee next business day delivery for Online Shop orders.
International delivery is available for some orders, depending on what you're buying and where it's being sent. Most orders take at least 10 business days to arrive via an untracked service. Transit times vary based on destination – see our international delivery times for more information.
Occasionally, high delivery volumes and other network issues can cause delays, as well as where the order is being sent.
