Australia Post and eBay have teamed up to bring you an Extra Small padded mailer for delivery of smaller items anywhere in Australia.
Please note: Postage to your customer is not included in the mailer cost. Postage labels must be purchased separately via eBay. This service will be available from 30 April 2025.
Size and weight
Extra Small eBay padded mailers measure approximately 280mm x 215mm and are designed for items weighing up to 5kg.
Quality and sustainability
These padded mailers are made from FSC certified recycled content with a honeycomb design and are kerbside recyclable.
Please note: eBay padded mailers can hold up to 5kg for flat rate postage. Please be aware that some stock may contain a misprint displaying a weight limit of 250g. Rest assured, you can still use these mailers to post items up to the 5kg limit without any issues.
Australia Post genuine product: When you buy from us, you know it's genuine. Items bought from non-Australia Post outlets may be counterfeit.
Extra Cover
Flat Rate padded mailers are suitable for sending items valued up to $100. If what you're sending is valued between $100 and $5,000, you should purchase Extra Cover.
How do I add Extra Cover? Buy Extra Cover from your local Post Office when you send your item. It is not automatically included in your Online Shop order. Extra Cover is calculated at the Post Office depending on what you're sending.
What if I don't add Extra Cover? If your parcel is lost or damaged, you may be compensated up to $100 plus a postage refund. Unless we're required by law, we don't accept liability for your delivery being late, or any loss or damage not caused by us. Extra Cover and any compensation offered under Australia Post's Terms and Conditions are in addition to any rights and remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Dispatch is the time your order takes to leave our warehouse. Most orders leave the warehouse within 2 business days.
Standard delivery is free Australia-wide on orders $60+. For orders under $60, we charge a flat fee of $9.95. Most orders arrive to you within 6 business days.
Express delivery is $15. View current delivery times. Express Post is our fastest postal service, but we do not guarantee next business day delivery for Online Shop orders.
International delivery is available for some orders, depending on what you're buying and where it's being sent. Most orders take at least 10 business days to arrive via an untracked service. Transit times vary based on destination – see our international delivery times for more information.
Occasionally, high delivery volumes and other network issues can cause delays, as well as where the order is being sent.
