MyRecovery & Health

Our myRecovery & Health team brings together Early Intervention (myRecovery program), Claims, and Workplace Recovery & Health services. We work collaboratively to support employees throughout their recovery and return-to-work journey following a work-related injury or illness.

Australia Post Group is self-insured under the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (SRC Act). As a licensed self-insurer, we are authorised to manage workers’ compensation claims and deliver workplace recovery services for our employees.

Audit reporting

As part of our obligations as a self-insurance licensee, Australia Post, StarTrack Express, and StarTrack Retail are required to inform employees about the outcomes of claims and rehabilitation management system audits.
