In May 2026, our Delivery Contractors will receive a booklet in the mail that brings together practical, easy-to-access services available through Australia Post and the wider community. The resources in this booklet are available to support both you and your family across money, wellbeing, safety and life challenges. If you're experiencing difficulties, please reach out to a trusted colleague or supervisor, or one of the services outlined in the booklet. Support is available and taking an early step can help keep things manageable.
