From July 2023, our International Economy service will no longer be offered through MyPost Business.
We are focused on simplifying our products to improve the experience of our customers. With the growth in popularity of features such as tracking, which allows senders and receivers to maintain visibility of their parcel throughout its journey, fewer customers are using this untracked product.
We understand that some business customers would like to continue to access the International Economy service.
We’ll continue to offer the International Economy service at standard rates in retail outlets as it remains a reliable and economical service, ideal for sending items that don’t require tracking to family and friends overseas. Note that due to current suspensions in place for many destinations, this service is currently only available for sending to limited destinations.
