How On Demand works

Connect to On Demand
With an eParcel Contract, you can connect your shopping cart and warehouse management systems using our APIs or a third-party integrator.
Then update your website and eCommerce checkout to include On Demand delivery options.

Fulfill orders
Once your customer selects their preferred On Demand service, their request is sent via API to your system or your platform partner’s system and an On Demand order is created.
The system then creates a manifest and label that we confirm.
Prepare your orders and attach the labels, separating items for afternoon, tonight and Saturday delivery.

Parcel delivery
A StarTrack driver collects your parcels and delivers them according to the selected timeframe.
If no one is available to receive it, the parcel will be left in a safe place.2

2 On Demand is available in selected suburbs across Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. Deliveries are limited to suburbs within the same city and must fall within the service availability zone guide. Terms and conditions apply.
