If not, you can purchase packaging and pay for postage online with a free MyPost account, or at your local Post Office.

Note that parcels returned via a Street Posting Box are usually scanned within 24 hours of being lodged.
When returning a parcel, you can easily reuse the packaging that your item was delivered in. If it was delivered in a satchel, it’s as easy as turning it inside out. If it’s a carton or box, just repack your item and place an address label over the existing one.
1 Terms and conditions apply. Parcels must be appropriately packed in either a prepaid satchel or mailing box, or a satchel with a postage label. Parcels must be under 16kg and no larger than 35 x 44 x 61cm in size. Letters and standard mail are not accepted. Express Post guarantee does not apply to parcels sent using a Parcel Locker.
