Buy a pack at your local Post Office or on our online shop, or with your MyPost Business or eBay account.
If you sell items regularly on eBay, our eBay packaging can help streamline your sending.

If you’re sending 5kg or less within Australia, flat rate eBay packaging is a great way to manage parcel deliveries to your customers. If you’d like to pay for your postage online, you’ll need to connect your eBay account to a free MyPost Business account.

When you've sold an item on eBay, you can pay for labels at your local Post Office, or through your eBay, MyPost or MyPost Business account. If you’re paying and printing with your eBay account, follow these steps to print a postage label and post your parcel:
If an item doesn't fit in the Australia Post flat rate satchel packaging, you can create a postage label through eBay or MyPost Business, using your own packaging (assessed postage up to 22kg within Australia).
You must input the weight and dimensions of the item and it will be assessed by either the physical or cubic weight equivalent, whichever is greater.

Packaging purchased from the Australia Post online shop should be delivered within 3-7 business days from receipt of your order.
Items purchased through the Australia Post online shop will be sent via eParcel for most domestic orders. A Signature on Delivery is usually required. If your order can’t be left safely on the premises, it will be taken to a local Australia Post for collection. If this happens, an 'Item Awaiting Collection' card will be left for you.
1 Our regular parcel service delivers in 2 or more business days. Delivery times will vary depending on lodgement and destination points. For more information on delivery times in your area, view our postage calculator.
2 Next business day delivery is only available within the Express Post next business day delivery network. The national next business day delivery network operates between capital cities (excluding Darwin; and, for Perth, delivery into the CBD only) and some major centres. Express eParcel is not covered in the Express Post guarantee.
3 Tracking number on barcode is only available if you've used a prepaid satchel or prepaid mailer or have lodged your parcel in-store and have been provided with a receipt. Track advice will only be shown when a scan has occurred. Find out more about our tracking service.
4 eBay packaging is sent via our Parcel Post delivery service. Parcel Post is suitable for sending items up to $100 in value. If your item is valued over $100, you should purchase Extra Cover – it provides loss or damage cover from $100 up to $5000. Parcel Post is not suitable for items over $100 such as jewellery, electronics or passports unless Extra Cover is purchased.
If your parcel is lost or damaged, and you haven’t purchased Extra Cover, compensation of up to $100 and a postage refund may be payable. Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, Australia Post does not accept liability for any consequential or indirect loss or damage arising due to any failure related to our service. Neither the cover included with our Parcel Post service nor the purchase of Extra Cover limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
5 Additional charges apply. Extra Cover provides you with cover for the specified value of your item (up to $5,000 or part thereof) if your item is lost or damaged while being carried by Australia Post. Find out more about Extra Cover.
