Our Express Post next business day service covers all addresses within Australia and automatically includes tracking and up to $100 compensation.2 Add optional extras including Signature on Delivery for $2.95 and Extra Cover for loss or damage up to $5,000.

Note, inflexible items such as keys, pens and USBs shouldn’t be sent in regular paper envelopes as they can get damaged in our sorting machines. These items must be sent as a parcel in a tough bag or padded bag.

    We offer a next business day guarantee if you post your item within our Express Post next business day delivery network on a business day (Monday to Friday) and meet the Express Post service conditions.1

      Items should generally be lodged in our yellow street posting boxes before 4pm.

        Outside of this network, Express Post items are delivered as fast as possible using existing transport links.

      Frequently asked questions

      Don't waste a Priority delivery label on an Express Post prepaid envelope - they're delivered on the next business day anyway.

      You can still use Express Post for delivery to or from areas that fall outside the Express Post network.

      While next day delivery is not guaranteed, your item will still be processed, handled and delivered as fast as possible.

      Prepaid Express Post items lodged in our yellow street posting boxes must generally be posted before 4pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays).

      However, lodgement times are earlier in Perth and some other metropolitan and regional centres so please check the time on the yellow Express Post box.
