eParcel Contract parcel returns is an easy and convenient way for your customers to return parcels to you, and to track the progress online. Offer your customers a choice of 4 parcel returns options:

  • Returns Portal

    Your customer self-serves through a co-branded online portal and prints their parcel returns label at home or at a Post Office.

    For domestic parcel returns only.

    If you’re sending over a minimum of 5,000 returns per year, you may be eligible for Returns Portal Plus.

  • Returns Portal Plus

    A fully integrated option that allows your customer to print their own parcel returns label at home, or at a Post Office, through a co-branded online portal.

    This option offers you and your customers more options than Returns Portal, including Shopify integration, richer parcel returns data and automated return rules.

  • Returns label enclosed

    You create a parcel returns label with your eParcel Contract account and include it with your customer’s parcel.

    Everything your customer needs is provided and you’re only charged if the customer lodges the return.

  • Contact you returns

    Your customer contacts you when they need to arrange a return.

    You create a parcel returns label with your eParcel Contract account and email it to your customer to print at home or at a Post Office.
