Register for our VOI service

Complete the form below. If your registration is successful, you’ll receive an email with a Referral Agreement which you’ll need to sign and return to us. This will enable your clients to verify their identity at one of 1,500 participating Post Offices nationwide. You’ll also receive login details to our do-it-yourself VOI tool.

We collect your personal information so we can assess your application to participate in your nominated VOI solution(s). We will be unable to assess your application or provide you with access to the VOI solutions without all of the personal and other information we require. Your personal information is managed in accordance with Australia Post's privacy policy. In order to assess your application to participate in the nominated VOI solution(s), you hereby consent to your personal information being disclosed by us to third parties, people you authorise us to contact in connection with this application or any other companies who provide outsourced services to us. Subject to certain exceptions allowed by law, you may request access to your personal information while it is stored by us. We will give you reasons where we deny access.
