Some of our services require you to sort your mail to benefit from the best possible postage discounts. We can help supply you with mail trays, sort plans and mail tray labels.

1 The number of tracking scans will vary depending on how and where the envelope is lodged, processed and delivered. The envelope may receive a tracking scan: at a processing facility, if processed by automated mail processing equipment; or on delivery, where a tracking scan can be captured.
2 If the recipient is not home, the article will be taken to the nearest Post Office and a card will be left for the recipient to collect the article. If the address on the article is a PO Box number, a card will be left for the recipient to pick up and sign for the article at the nearest Post Office. A return address is a condition of lodgement for all Registered Post articles.
3 The minimum size also depends on the shape of the item and the ratio of its length to width. 90 x 145mm for Reply Paid. Refer to detailed product pages for more information.
