Video: A blonde woman wearing an Australia Post nametag is interviewed outside an old-fashioned wood building in a country town. Text: "Kelly Eckel, Woodbridge LPO." People chat outside the post office. A banner lists the many services available. From behind the counter, Kelly smiles at a customer. Later, she smiles and waves.

Audio: Kelly: This service opened up convenience for people in rural Tasmania and, I suppose, rural areas all over Australia, where they don't have to think about planning to go in to get their money out or doing any banking services. They can do it when they're coming in to the post office. This is a service that we're gonna be able to deliver to our customers continuously.

Video: A burly man is interviewed in a workshop. Text: "Russell Streckfuss, Storm Bay Sails." On a computer, Russel examines a graphic of a sail. He carries large parcels downstairs and into the post office. Through a gap in the tall clear screen, he also hands Kelly some cash for banking. A check-in sign with QR code is stuck to the counter. Kelly and Russel chat.

Audio: Russell Oh, Bank@Post is a really great service. I didn't know it was there for years and then Kelly just mentioned it to me. What we had been doing was heading up to Kingston, which is about...50-kilometre round trip just to go and put a deposit in the bank, which was crazy. So inefficient. And since I started using Kelly for banking at the post office, fantastic! Money goes in instantly. Shows up in the account straightaway. It's a great service.
