All of our domestic parcel services offer signature on delivery as an optional extra for an additional fee.
Simply ask for this option when posting your item over the counter at any Post Office or add it when creating a label through Click and Send.
If you’ve sent an item with signature on delivery and you’d like a copy of the signature once the parcel has been delivered, please contact us. (Please note, we can only provide this information to the sender of the item).

Did you know? All domestic parcel services offer tracking which allows you to track your item online.
When using our international delivery services, you can receive a signature on delivery with International Express, International Standard or Registered Post International.
To receive proof of posting, your Registered Post or International Post Registered item must be lodged over the counter at a Post Office. Your lodgement receipt will be postmarked as proof of posting.
If a Registered Post item is posted in a street posting box it will not have proof of posting.
You can find your customs declaration number on your original postage receipt or under the barcode of your customs declaration form.
If you’ve sent a parcel overseas, we’ll need this number in order to track your parcel.

Delivery timeframes for international services vary depending on where the item’s being sent and, if applicable, exclude time in customs. Areas outside of metropolitan cities might also take longer to be delivered.
