Please make sure you have JavaScript enabled. Here's how:

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click the menu icon.
  3. At the bottom, click Settings.
  4. Under "Privacy and security," click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Turn on Allowed (recommended).

  2. From the Tools menu, click Internet Options
  3. From the Security tab, click Custom Level
  4. Scroll to Java permissions, click to select High safety
  5. Click OK to close Security settings tab
  6. Click OK to close Internet options
  7. Relaunch your browser
