The best place to manage account logins and access is the Merchant Portal. Merchant Portal admins have additional access permissions to add, manage and remove users.

The best place to manage Business Credit Accounts is the Merchant Portal. Merchant Portal admins can enable the Business Credit Accounts they want to use on the StarTrack Shop. This can be done on the Access Management application. Merchant Portal admins have additional access permissions to add, manage and remove users.

There are two ways to save a new delivery address to your StarTrack Shop account:
- Visit My address book in your account, click Add new address at the bottom of the page, fill in your details, and select Save address.
- In checkout, click Add new address, fill in your details, and select Save in address book.
You can set a default delivery address for your StarTrack Shop account during checkout.
- Want to add a new default address? In checkout, click Add new address, fill in your details, then select Save in address book, and Make this my default address.
- Want to change your default address? In checkout, click Change address, choose your preferred address from the dropdown menu, and select Make this my default address.
Please note:
- When your organisation is set up and sets a default delivery address, you will be assigned the same default delivery address. You can override this when you set up your own default delivery address.
- If you have access to multiple StarTrack Shop accounts, your default delivery address may not always be set correctly. Make sure you confirm your delivery address each time you check out. If it's not correct, click Change address or Add new address to select a new one.
Keep in mind that default delivery addresses can be set across all users with the same Business Credit Account. Make sure you confirm your preferred delivery address each time you check out.
Products and orders
As we launch the new StarTrack Shop, there may be some products you usually order that aren’t yet available. If this is the case, please contact your Account Manager, email StarTrackShop@auspost.com.au or call us on 13 23 45 so we can help you with your order.
Visit Orders in your StarTrack Shop account to access order history. There, you can select from your order list, and click Reorder. You will only be able to see your order history from the StarTrack Shop.
Find your existing custom co-branded packaging under My packaging in your StarTrack Shop account. There, you can preview and reorder.

Delivery and returns
Dispatch is the time your order takes to leave our warehouse. Most products leave the warehouse within 2 business days. Other products, like made-to-order products, may be dispatched later.
Delivery is free Australia-wide. Most orders arrive to you within 6 business days.
Occasionally, high delivery volumes and other network issues can cause delays, as well as where the order is being sent. Please see the Australia Post Online Shop Terms & Conditions for more information.
We don’t offer change-of-mind returns on most of our items.
However, if there's an issue with your product (for example it's faulty or damaged), you can return it or get an exchange, repair, replacement or refund. Please see the Australia Post Returns Policy for more details.
Visit Orders in your StarTrack Shop account to access order history, track your orders or reorder.
Visit Links and forms in your StarTrack Shop account and click Create a claim. There, you can submit an online claim form which will be sent to our team.
