We’re proud to be making meaningful updates to our parental leave policy, because supporting our people and building a more inclusive, equitable workplace isn’t just the right thing to do, it’s essential to our future.
From 1 July 2025, we’ve increased paid parental leave for secondary carers from 2 to 4 weeks, and introduced more flexibility; if a secondary carer becomes the primary carer once their partner is back at work, they’ll be able to access the remaining balance of the 18 weeks paid primary carer leave.
