We’ve delivered on our 2025 Sustainability Roadmap - and we’re proud to share the results.

Over the past three years, we’ve:
🌿Cut carbon emissions by 20% vs FY19 – beating our 15% target
☀️Transitioned to 100% renewable electricity across our operational sites
🛻Rolled out even more electric fleet options, now with 5,000+ electric delivery vehicles, bikes and motorbikes
♻️Reduced waste to landfill by 39% vs FY19 and lifted recycling to 73%
🏬Invested $119 million in social enterprise and Indigenous suppliers
🤝Delivered our 20 millionth Connection Postcard with Beyond Blue

While this is strong progress, we know there’s more to do. One key area is packaging — at the end of the roadmap, 44% met our sustainability target, and we’re committed to finding new ways to reduce its impact.

Looking ahead, we’ll launch our 2030 Sustainability Framework in early 2026, focusing on the areas where we can drive the greatest impact - decarbonisation and circularity – while continuing to foster inclusive, thriving communities and workplaces across the country.
