Today we officially opened our newest Parcel Facility on the Gold Coast, demonstrating our commitment to one of the fastest parcel growth regions in the country.
The purpose-built facility brings together Express Post, Parcel Post, Australia Post Metro, and StarTrack Premium services on one site, increasing capacity and efficiency to service the growing Gold Coast market.
The site is also our first to be accredited a 5-star Green Star rating, thanks in part to its 99kW solar system, which is capable for powering between 20-30% of the total load for the facility, targeting reduced carbon emissions.
Our investment in the region and state-of-the-art facility supports the growing demand for eCommerce, and sets the organisation up for future success to meet increased popular and parcel growth demand.
