We’ve officially launched our first Australia Post Parcels location in Canberra, Mitchell Parcels – a next-generation format designed for speed, flexibility and convenience. The number one reason a customer walks into a Post Office is to collect a parcel and with 24/7 self-service options and secure Parcel Lockers, we’re making it easier than ever for customers to send, collect and return parcels on their terms and in their own time.
This is just the beginning. We’re investing in new Post Office formats that meet Australians where they are – and where they’re going. Mitchell Parcels joins seven Australia Post Parcels formats across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria, with more to come.
