We’re excited to announce a major step forward in supporting Australia’s eCommerce growth — a new multimillion-dollar parcel facility is coming to the Sunshine Coast!
Opening in late 2026, this state-of-the-art facility will be equipped with advanced automation capable of processing up to 16,000 parcels daily, and 21,000 during peak periods like Christmas. That means faster turnaround times, greater reliability, and a better experience for our customers.
For our eCommerce customers, this means quicker deliveries to customers’ doors, improved scalability during peak seasons and enhanced safety and security through reduced manual handling.
This facility is just one part of our commitment to helping our customers and partners rise to the challenge of evolving consumer expectations.
It’s also part of a broader network upgrade, following recent investments across NSW, including six new greenfield sites. Together, we’re building a smarter, faster, and more resilient delivery network.
