We’re proud to announce the recipients of this year’s Australia Post Community Grants. 🥳
Another 88 grants of up to $10,000 have been awarded to support local projects that strengthen connection and improve mental wellbeing in communities across Australia.
This year, we committed an additional $250,000 to specifically support disaster-impacted communities - helping them foster connection, build resilience, and enhance wellbeing where it’s needed most.
