Introducing ‘Say It, Convey It’—an initiative created by our team-member led community, #NOW: Network Operations Women.
This program provides a safe and supportive space for women in Network Operations to practice public speaking and gain valuable feedback from their peers.In each session, two team members are invited to present, while the audience takes on roles like evaluators, timekeepers, and 'um' counters, fostering a collaborative and encouraging environment.
