📅 We’re excited to share that postal services to the United States and its Overseas Territories will resume early for Business Contract and MyPost Business customers — starting Monday, 22 September 2025, three days ahead of schedule.
Retail postal services are also set to return by Tuesday, 7 October 2025. This include over-the-counter business lodgements that need postage assessment, letters and documents with no commercial value, and gifts valued under USD $100.
To meet the new US customs and import tariff requirements, Business customers will need to:

We recommend getting set up as soon as possible to avoid any delays once services resume.
This follows a temporary suspension caused by changes to US customs and import tariff rules. It’s been a fast-moving situation, but thanks to the hard work of our teams – and support from Zonos we’re making strong progress towards restoring full service for all our customers.
