📅Â We're excited to share that Postal services to the United States (US) and its Overseas Territories have now resumed for all Retail and Business customers.
Services were temporarily paused from 26 August 2025 following changes to US customs and import tariff rules made by the US Government.
This applies to all items lodged in-store, except ‘International Courier’ services to the US, which remain temporarily unavailable. We’ll share updates as soon as they resume - thank you for your patience.
