 If your item is sent to a Parcel Collect address or transferred from a Parcel Locker, your nominated person will need to show the collection email or SMS we sent you.

 Some online senders may only allow you to collect your item in-person and so you can’t authorise someone else. They should make you aware of this when placing your order.
