To collect a parcel:

  1. Download the AusPost app and log in or sign up to MyPost.
  2. Choose a Parcel Locker that’s convenient.
  3. Shop online and use the Parcel Locker address as delivery address.
  4. Collect parcel at the Parcel Locker when it’s ready, using your one-off access code.
