MyPost Business has five savings bands, each offering a different percentage saving on your domestic and international sending.
Your savings band is based on how much you’ve spent on parcel sending over the last four weeks, or the last 12 months, whichever gives you more savings. You’ll start saving when you spend at least $50 on parcel sending over the last four weeks . Then watch your savings grow with up to 40% off domestic sending, and up to 35% off international sending.
If you’re eligible to move up a band, you’ll move up the next day. Otherwise you’ll stay in the same savings band for four weeks, even if your parcel sending drops.
To view your current savings band, log in to your MyPost Business account and go to the ‘Send and save’ tab.

If you’ve already printed your labels but need to cancel them – whether it’s due to a cancelled order or a printing double-up – you can request a refund in MyPost Business. Some orders can be refunded, depending on time frames, value and other terms and conditions.
Simply head to the ‘Transactions’ tab in MyPost Business and select the label you want to refund. Where applicable, the charges will be refunded to your credit card or PayPal account in 5-10 business days. Please note that if your refund is over $100 or more than three months old, you’ll need to contact our support team for assistance.
If you used a charge account to pay for the labels, need more than 25 articles refunded, or it’s been more than 10 days and you still haven’t received your refund, please chat to our support team for help. Find more FAQs here.
