Our workforce is made up of people from 143 nations and we're proud of our 2024-2027 Refugee Employment and Engagement Action Plan, reinforcing our commitment to inclusive employment and economic empowerment for refugees.

Zero injuries, zero harm and zero tolerance for unsafe acts and workplaces. This is our benchmark. To achieve this, we have comprehensive safety policies and management plans in place to make sure everybody’s covered.
Specialised training programs have been trialled to teach posties how to read a dog's body language and safely manage canine encounters.
As a result, our posties have changed the way they interact with dogs.
